FRESH TROUBLE FOR PATIENCE JONATHAN

Mrs. Patience Jonathan, wife of
former President Goodluck
Jonathan is in fresh trouble
following the discovery of an
aggregate balance of $40million
in bank accounts linked to the
former first lady.


According to Sahara reporters,
the discovery was made after
officials of Skye Bank Plc
informed the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission
(EFCC) about the bank accounts.
The newly discovered accounts
were said to have been opened by
Mrs. Jonathan, using fake
names, and abetted by crooked
bank officials.
Sources at the banks said the
limp explanations by Patience
Jonathan on how she came about
such a huge sum in the multiple
domiciliary accounts earlier
frozen by the EFCC prompted the
Skye Bank officials to draw
attention of the EFCC to the
latest discoveries.
