WRONG AGENT CAUSES BAYERN TO MISS OUT SIGNING DEMBELE

Bayern Munich reportedly tried to sign Ousmane Dembele over the summer but they missed out to Borussia Dortmund in part because they negotiated with the wrong agent.

Dembele, 19, moved to Dortmund during the transfer window for a fee of €15 million after he scored 12 goals and registered five assists during his breakout season in Ligue 1 with Rennes.

He could, however, have been playing for Bayern, but according to reports the champions' technical director Michael Reschke negotiated with the player's former agent Badou Sambague rather than his current representative Marco Kirdemir.
