RIVAL CULT CLASH CLAIMS LIFE OF TWO IN BAYELSA




THE struggle for supremacy between suspected rival cult groups have claimed two lives in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital.

Spokesman of the State Police Command, Asinim Butswat, could not be reached for comment, but a senior security officer, attached to the anti-vice section of the command said police have achieved a lot in the area of arrests of cultists and criminals in the state.

He, however, added: "The setbacks are caused by poor logistics, shortage of patrol vehicles and refusal of the public to assist the police with vital information."
