A Nigerian man shared on his Instastories to share the shocking experience he had with some police officers in Lagos yesterday.

According to him, a thief he brought to the police station
to be arrested ran out and no one made any move to apprehend him

GORILLA ALLEGEDLY SWALLOWS 6.8M IN KANO ZOO

This is becoming an unbearable joke in Nigeria. I wish the animals could speak. A Gorilla at the kano zoological garden,has been accused of swallowing 6.8m naira during the last Ramadan celebration. According to reports, a finance officer in the zoo was quoted as saying that the gorilla sneaked into their office and carted away the money before swallowing it. The managing director of the zoo, Alhaji Umar Kobo who chose not to speak on the matter,  confirmed the money is missing and the issue is being investigated. The police in the state has arrested ten people including the security man and those in the finance unit who were confirmed to be on duty when the incident occurred. A STUDENT OF THE POLYTECHNIC SAKI, RAPED AND KILLED IN IBADAN

According to reports, Grace, a 21-year-old National Diploma student of Oke Ogun Polytechnic, was allegedly raped and then murdered inside the church located in the Ojoo area of Ibadan in Akinyele Local Government Area. She was discovered with machete cuts on her body. In a statement released, the spokesperson of the state police command, Gbenga Fadeyi, confirmed the incident but said details of the incident are still sketchy. ‘One Grace Oshiagwu, female, aged 21 years, was macheted on her head in a church mission building at Idi-Ori Area, Shasha off expressway by unknown assailant(s) today 13/06/2020 about 3:00 pm. ‘Investigation has commenced into the matter and the police tactical teams are on the trail of the assailant(s).
